The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resealable condition* and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt.

Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office and dispatch your order with Signed For. We can send you a full product refund and are unable to refund the postage cost as this included admin, packing staff, material and postage. Thanks for your understanding.
In order to return goods (Free) to our shop in Berlin you will need to print off a copy of the invoice that was originally issued via email – attached to the notification of dispatch email. The order confirmation cannot be accepted. Without this invoice goods will only be exchanged at the value currently being charged in store and no refund will be given.
