SodaCoda's Top 6 Sexy Summer Fragrances

Soda Coda 06 September 2011 20:43

Treating yourself to a new holiday fragrance is one of the best bits of the Duty Free Shop at the Airport. So we thought we'd put together a little review of our favourites. While remaining absolutely focused on our day jobs (ahem) we've also been diligently spritzing our way through a crop of yummy summery scents. Here are the six we've fallen just a little bit in love with...

Helen is "...loving the pared back packaging, very chic and deconstructed just as you'd expect from the master of minimalism. The scent is unusual - fresh and citrusy and cool - it's a great day perfume that's just a little different."

Kim Kardashian by Kim Kardashian

Reena say's "I'm never a huge fan of celeb fragrances so I was dubious that Kim's would veer towards sickly and sweet, however I'm pleasantly surprised. It's actually ultra wearable with soft girly scents of tuberose, jasmine and gardenia creating a heady blend. It comes with a miniature roll on so it's portable too. The packaging may be a bit much featuring Kim's giant monogrammed K logo but what's on the inside more than makes up for it."

Limited Edition Print Collection by Stella McCartney

Gemma tells us "Stella is the mistress of the modern classic and this angular bottle with its pretty floral designs will look lovely on your dressing table. The scent is very light and floral with some heady notes - ideal for day to night. Perfect size for stashing in your handbag too."

Ô d'AZUR by Lancome

Over to Sarah: "A modern twist on the classic glass patterned bottle and a fresh, sophisticated summer fragrance for those who don't like anything too sweet. It's slightly sharp, almost citrus when first applied but soon softens."
